- Order 60036****: no merchandise or refund since Jan.
- Refund of $408.16 is owed and acknowledged.
- Issue in 3 business days; confirm when issued.
They hve not sent me any merchandise which I ordered in Jan it’s now 3 months later they ask me to close dispute with my bank and they will refund me …which I have the emails to prove the merchant admitting to refunding me I still hve not been refund nor receive any item which is 408$ taken from me
I have not received merchandise or been refunded which has been since Jan Im now told by my bank to do final attention to resolve I been told they will refund after results which is now action need to be taken
My bank has just confirmed multiple times that they do not send results to merchants and that no further action is required on their end.
It has, been months and you have already acknowledged that I am owed a refund. Waiting for bank results is not a valid reason to continue delaying.
Please process my refund of $408.16 within 3 business days.
If the refund is not completed, I will escalate this through my bank again and file formal complaints for failure to issue a refund after acknowledgment. I will also file complaints with FTC,better business bureau

Returned wig but havent received refund after confirming that it was returned. I sent the tracking number and confirmed deliver on 6/15
I feel scammed!

I have received a wig that does not look like what was posted online. It doesn't match the description.
The wig has synthetic fibers in it and 2 different textures as well. In addition to that the unit was not full, it is very thin up top and the back of it it 2 different lengths. I immediately reached out the same day I received it letting them know that I did not want any other wig and that I wanted to return it.
They denied sending me the return label and stopped communicating with me. This is not ok , I would like someone to follow up with me and send the return label to rectify the situation.

This wig is supposed to a 360 with the clear pull tabs in back you can diffenly see those and the wig is so thin

I placed an order for a wig that was displayed online. I received a totally different wig and was told that I had to return the wig at a cost of $110.00 in order to receive my refund of $200 (which was the cost of the wig). They will not pay for the return when they were clearly fraudulent in their depiction of the merchandise I was to receive.
